Shipping & Returns


Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Affairs department will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at during standard business hours 9am-5pm Central Time, Monday-Friday, and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received. As a result, delays may occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.



All orders will be processed and confirmed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt, excluding Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx (unless freight is required), so a physical address is required.


All shipping dates are estimates so they may fluctuate. Standard Ground shipments take between 3-7 business days after the order has been processed and Express delivery ranges from 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.


Standard FedEx shipping rates apply to all international orders. Actual rates may vary at the time of purchase and will be displayed during check out.


All orders will leave the our warehouse in new condition. Risk of loss passes to the customer once packages are delivered to USPS or FedEx. In the chance of a damaged product, please contact shipping provider immediately in order to make a claim.


LionEdge Nutrition Retail Customer Return Policy

You should never feel like you are taking a risk when you buy LionEdge Nutrition products from our online store or when you call our retail service center. If any of our products do not perform to your expectations, we feel that we do not deserve to keep your money. It's that simple.

For Any First-Time Product Purchased Directly From LionEdge Nutrition

You have up to one year (365 days from date of purchase) to get your money back, even if you use the entire product. All we ask is that you: 1) provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt) and 2) cover the shipping and handling charges to get the product back to us.

For Additional Purchases Of Same Product Directly From LionEdge Nutrition

You may return a product within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. Product must be unopened and arrive in sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges to get the product back to us. A 15% restocking fee will also apply.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

LionEdge Nutrition makes every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you receive a product that is 1) Damaged, 2) Defective (expired, mislabeled, has a broken seal, contains broken capsules, etc.) or is 3) Incorrect (wrong product or amount), please notify us within 72 hours to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Promotional Items

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed by LionEdge Nutrition through any other format, and LionEdge Nutrition will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.

Back Orders

Every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products but there's a chance that supply may not keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time. Any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order. We only charge for the items shipped.

Customer Returns To Retail Establishments

LionEdge Nutrition products purchased from a Retail or Internet store automatically fall under that store’s return policy, and not that of LionEdge Nutrition

How To Make A Return

  1. Notify LionEdge Nutrition that you wish to make a return or receive a replacement by emailing (All returns MUST receive prior authorization.)
  2. If your return qualifies, you will be issued you a Return Authorization (RA) number. In the event you receive product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you will be issued a call tag for the product to be picked up and returned at our expense.
  3. Make your return items ready for pickup by prominently displaying your RA number on the package label. (Failure to do so will result with automatic refusal of your shipment.)
  4. Depending upon the nature of your return, LionEdge Nutrition will either credit your card or immediately ship you a replacement product.
